Township Provides Deer Expert for Residents of Millburn/Short Hills

Sandy Baker, Master Gardener and President of the Monroe County Alliance on Wildlife Protection, will be offering customized suggestions based on the visits she will be making to homeowners' properties. Baker's specialty is in deep proofing gardens. She has given presentations in New Jersey, New York, Maryland and Rhode Island on this process.
